Does My Country Fragile?

TRIBUNNEWS.COM- Does my country will be fragile? Does my country fragile already? Does my country fragile from the beginning? How can the Indonesians speak and stand among other citizens in these countable countries around the world if the politicians are unadaptable with the fact that words do exist than money? And actions do powerful than bar of jail for money politics? After all the unstable politics in my country, from the reformation in 1998 which brought the former President Soeharto moved away from his presidential chair into the corruption accusation for several name of Indonesia politicians from the "Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi" Indonesia, in my opinion; "Is it going to be the President self whose able to speak in the international through his words, actions, and news in media?"

In recap from Kompas print edition of Indonesia news paper, edition of Sunday, 24 February 2013, the front page headline wrote; "Ujian Demokrat Baru Mulai; Anas Urbaningrum Mundur dan Pertanyakan Etika Politik Partai". Under the headline and sub-headline, the first body copy wrote; "Jakarta, Kompas - Sebelum menanggalkan jas kebesarannya, Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat Anas Urbaningrum mengungkapkan, ujian bagi Demokrat sebagai partai bersih, cerdas, dan santun baru dimulai. Status tersangka kasus korupsi dan pengunduran dirinya adalah awal, bukan akhir segalanya."

(In English translation; Jakarta, Kompas - Before he take of his jacket greatness, Democratic Party chairman Anas Urbaningrum said the test for the Democrats as the party of clean, intelligent, and polite to begin. Status of suspect cases of corruption and his resignation is the beginning, not the end.)

Meanwhile, the first paragraph wrote; "Di antara tiga pokok etika politik Demokrat, yaitu bersih, cerdas, dan santun, yang akan diuji itu, Anas menekankan soal kesantunan berpolitik di dalam partainya. "Juga diuji apakah Demokrat akan menjadi partai yang santun atau partai yang sadis. Apakah yang terjadi kesantunan politik atau sadisme politik. Tentu ujian itu akan berjalan sesuai perkembangan waktu dan keadaan," kata Anas perlahan, lantang, dan tenang saat jumpa pers di Kantor DPP Demokrat di Jakarta, Sabtu (23/2)."

(In English translation; Among the three principals of Democratic political ethics, which are clean, bright, and polite, that are going to be tested, Anas stressed about civility in politics in his party. "It is also tested whether the Democrats will be the party with manners or the party within sadistic. Which one will happen either political civility or political sadism. Of course the test it self will be run along the way of time and circumstances," Anas said slowly, loud, and calm during a press conference at the Legislative Party Office of Democrats in Jakarta, Saturday (23/2).)

Due to the news above, in my opinion; "Is this a punishment from the President to the former of his party when he was campaigning his Presidential election for unsupportive action from the chairman of Democrat party by acknowledge the Democrat party only without accompanying President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono which do several international relationship? Or is it a disagreement statement from Mr. Anas Urbaningrum as the chairman of Democrat party with President Bambang Yudhoyono by leaving the leader chair? I would say yes if politic does the straight way to gain power as the same as sprint running race field. Thus, Mr. Anas Urbaningrum and Democrat party name are lifted by become the headline news in Kompas newspaper, but does the news will become intrigue only or a lesson to other politicians of their action."

"Does the news will create a good communication in internal and international as well?" In my least opinion but not last; "If in the future Democrat party might collapse, does it mean there will be least of politicians who will support any of President actions and does it will become a barrier of Indonesia in the international relations with other countable countries?"

How many years did democratic run as the Indonesia principle of nation? Who choose it anyway? Who is Anas Urbaningrum if there is no Democrat party and democratic leadership in our country? Does one person political issue able to black out all the good relation which already built over years as our country does have a good record in the international eyes. In my critical opinion of Anas Urbaningrum case; "What is actually on the Indonesia politic agenda ahead? Is it to over criticize one to another enquiries of how to be a democratic politician in Indonesia as the winning party in 2009 election campaign?"

Meanwhile, if we would like to see together of the story on how Democrat party (President Bambang Yudhoyono as the main figure) win the campaign election. In 2009 presidential election, In order to win the presidential election for the second time, one of Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono successful team was Fox Indonesia, Strategic and Political Consulting assigned to arrange political campaign for Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and his party as well. I was one of the creative staff of Fox Indonesia assigned to create political advertisements during “Demokrat Campaign Tour 2009”. The creative staffs were responsible to promote Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as the best public figure of presidential candidates. Our creative ideas were embedded in such products as logos, photos, banners, newsletters, billboards, posters, balloons, pamphlet, advertisements in newspapers, webs, airplane, zeppelin, and televisions.

Almost six months before the D-day of presidential election we had to work in such cities as Serang, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Bangkalan, Banda Aceh, Medan, Padang, Palembang, Denpasar, and Makasar. The "Demokrat Campaign Tour 2009" is a political campaign which combine politic, visual design, politic language, and music. The first idea which I made was "Popdut". "Popdut" was a combination between"dangdut" music and "pop" music. To be note, "dangdut" music is an original Jakarta music after the city change its name from Betawi to Jakarta, which famous among C class and some of B and A class societies in all over Indonesia. Meanwhile pop music is an easy listening music which known in all ages. Thus our task was to brand Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as the best presidential candidate.

Indeed, politic is a different word if compare with creativity. Politic is also different from creating a good visual communication design to reach citizens heart and win Indonesians votes. Politic is obviously a different from choosing design with a preferable image and language to be put in the politician picture to fight against the number of the opposition strategies.

In sum up, if Indonesia loose the former leader of the biggest politic party in our country, do you still believe in the country rule? (5 March 2013)
