Second, he manages his time well. He usually (make) a schedule and (use) a weekly to-do list to keep him on track. He also (plan) a specific time for studying. He frequently (set) reminders on his cellphone or on sticky notes. He doesn't like wasting time so he (limit) hisscreen time, too. 

Although he is busy studying, he always has enough sleep and free time.
