Beyonce, Billie Eilish dan Penyanyi Nominasi Lagu Terbaik Lainnya akan Tampil di Oscar 2022

TRIBUNNEWS.COM - Ajang penghargaan film Academy Awards atau piala Oscar akan dimeriahkan sejumlah musisi dan penyanyi.

Dilansir ET Online, pada hari Selasa (22/3/2022), produser acara Will Packer dan Shayla Cowan mengumumkan bahwa Beyoncé, Billie Eilish serta FINNEAS, Reba McEntire dan Sebastián Yatra akan membawakan lagu-lagu yang dinominasikan dalam kategori Lagu Terbaik selama Oscar ke-94 hari Minggu mendatang.

Beyoncé akan membawakan lagu "Be Alive" dari King Richard, Eilish dan FINNEAS akan menampilkan "No Time to Die" dari film James Bond dengan judul yang sama, sedangkan McEntire akan menampilkan "Somehow You Do" dari Four Good Days, dan Yatra akan menampilkan " Dos Oruguitas" dari Encanto.

"Down to Joy" dari Belfast juga dinominasikan dalam kategori tersebut, tetapi Van Morrison harus menolak tawaran untuk tampil karena sedang melaksanakan tur.

Berita itu muncul setelah Academy mengumumkan bahwa akan ada band all-star yang menampilkan drummer Travis Barker, perkusi ikonik dan penyanyi Sheila E. dan pianis produktif Robert Glasper dalam malam Oscar tahun ini.

Pengarah musik Adam Blackstone, akan memimpin grup yang tampil serta orkestra internal.

The Samples, grup vokal yang dipimpin oleh Jason White, juga akan tampil di acara tersebut.

Oscar 2022 ditayangkan langsung pada hari Minggu, 27 Maret pukul 8 malam ET di ABC.
